Dana Pulley

Dana Pulley is the Founder and CEO of Stillwater Leadership, a consulting firm committed to the practice of conscious leadership. For over 30 years, Dana has brought her contagious passion for growth and development to individuals, teams, and organizations. She knows first-hand how presence practices, self-discovery, and practical tools enable leaders to thrive in today’s complex, demanding business environments. A master coach, Dana works with senior leaders and C-suite executives across a variety of industries, Federal government agencies, and NGOs. Dana held senior leadership positions for over 15 years with a Fortune 500 consulting firm where she managed a large division that provided strategy, leadership development, talent management and change management solutions to clients. Her client work is influenced by her leadership experience, neuroscience, adult development theory, body intelligence, and presence practices.

She earned the prestigious ICF Master Certified Coach designation in 2020. She holds certifications in leadership coaching from Georgetown University, somatic coaching from the Strozzi Institute, Emotional Intelligence from SIYLI Global, and is certified to teach mindfulness in corporate setting from the Potential Project. Dana earned a BA in Psychology from James Madison University and an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from George Mason University. She is certified on the Leadership Circle Profile, Everything DiSC, IeQ9 Enneagram, Aephoria Identity Maturity (AIM) assessments among others.

Josh Dietrich

Josh is an executive and leadership coach with over three decades of experience as a technology leader. His experience includes 20+ years in engineering and five years in product management/strategic initiatives. As SVP of Software Development for Ellucian, he led a 500+ global organization responsible for all Ellucian applications. In his work with C-suite, VP, and Director leaders, he blends his professional experience with neuroscience expertise and ontological coaching to accelerate growth for leaders and equip them with tools to sustain that learning and growth beyond the coaching engagement.

Josh earned an MS in Technology Management from George Mason University and a BS in Computer Science and Philosophy from the College of William and Mary. He is a graduate of the Newfield Network with a certification in Ontological Coaching, holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and a Certified NeuroTransformational Coach (CNTC) certification with BEabove Leadership. He is certified on the Leadership Circle Profile, Everything DiSC, and the Five Behaviors of Cohesive Team assessments.

Libby Graves

Libby Graves is a Master Certified Coach with more than 25 years of experience in leadership positions at Fortune 500 companies, Libby understands the constantly changing demands of the workplace and what it takes to lead. She has broad exposure and sensitivity to cultural diversity, having lived and worked in multi-cultural environments. Her clients span private industry, higher education, and government agencies. She takes a holistic approach to help leaders identify and align with their values, unique talents, and key motivators to support maximizing their contribution to the organization. Her work is influenced by adult development, the Enneagram, mindfulness practices, neuroscience, and somatics. In addition to her experience in corporate leadership, Libby is an adjunct faculty member at Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership and the McDonough School of Business as an executive career coach.

Libby holds an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a BS from the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University. She earned the prestigious ICF Master Certified Coach designation her coaching certification from the Advanced Corporate Coach University.

Bethany Kurbis

Bethany has been working in the people spaces of organizations for over 15 years, sitting in the most human challenges and opportunities of her clients’ working lives. She began her career in East Africa where she learned the power of creating safe spaces for people to explore the strengths, solutions, and new strategies they have within them. Since then, she has been serving global organizations, teams, and individuals as an HR leader, facilitator, and coach. Her body of work is grounded in the heart of coaching which cultivates mindsets of curiosity, humility, and learning as clients navigate a chaotic and evolving world. Bethany’s unique approach is not just about overcoming challenges; it’s about nurturing the inner strength and resilience needed to live authentically with purpose and alignment.

Bethany holds a BA in psychology from Crown College and an MS in human resource management from the Catholic University of America. She is certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and serves on the Board of Directors for the ICF Minnesota chapter.

Jen Runkle

Jen Runkle, PhD, is a facilitator and organization consultant with over 30 years of experience working with global organizations and teams to achieve their goals and thrive. She facilitates teams to align on purpose, roles, decision making, and roadmaps to achieve their objectives. She consults with leaders to design and implement structure, process, and strategies to align individual goals with business strategies. She also supports executives to capitalize on change due to acquisitions, reorganizations, downsizing, family ownership change, or any other management initiative effort. She has worked with multi-national clients in 15 countries.

‌Jen earned a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Illinois Institute of Technology and a BA in Psychology and Philosophy from Boston College. Her master’s and doctoral research focused on the ways we organized the world and the resulting biases in management.  She holds certifications in the Team Management Inventory, the Hay Group Emotional Intelligence, MBTI, and the Spiritual Intelligence assessments. She regularly uses DiSC and StrengthFinders with teams.

Russ Watts

Russ is a transformational leadership coach, an integral facilitator, a team coach, team builder and health & wellness coach who has spent the last 30+ years working with individuals and teams on personal and collaborative performance worldwide.  Russ works with his clients to develop leadership awareness for the betterment of themselves, their communities, and institutions. He is also currently an Adjunct Professor at Bocconi University in the MaSEM Program (Master in Sustainability and Energy Management) teaching a course on Social Entrepreneurship and teaches courses on Executive and Health & Wellness Coaching at Georgetown University.

He has a background in education and organizational development, and an Executive Master’s Degree in Leadership (M.L.) from the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business. He is a graduate from the Executive Leadership Coach training from Georgetown University and holds a PCC level of certification from the International Coach Federation (ICF), is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC HWC) and is recognized as a Master Integral Facilitator.
