Maura Parda is an executive coach and organizational change consultant. She holds an MBA and has 20 years business experience in leadership development, talent management, and program management. She’s held leadership positions with Fortune 500 organizations including IBM, Xerox, and Booz Allen Hamilton where she partnered with clients to help them achieve business objectives and organizational change through strategic planning, engaged workforces, and inspired leadership. In 2011, she formed 512 Leadership Group, a woman-owned small business committed to helping clients achieve organizational excellence through innovative and effective leadership at the both the individual and team level.

Maura is an ICF-credentialed coach, is certified in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Coaching from George Mason University, and is also a team coach certified through Team Coaching International. She is certified in many of the industry’s leadership assessment tools, including Hogan, DiSC, OPM 360, and PDI.
