Coaching Approach:

Ms. Pfeiffer’s coaching approach addresses the ‘whole’ person and is centered in a set of governing values that are consistent with bringing out the best in people, individually and collectively. It involves encouragement, involvement and commitment to the aspirations of others. She believes that awareness is the greatest agent for change, and that each person holds the answers within them for making affirming choices and decisions. Ms. Pfeiffer works with her clients to create pathways which lead to new possibilities and access to their limitless potential by challenging and moving beyond old mental models and self-limiting beliefs. She asks powerful questions which enable her clients to see how their frames of reference, thinking and behavior produce unintended consequences, and how self-awareness creates a fundamental shift which allows them to act and see things in new ways making personal and professional development and growth possible.
